Residents of Twifo Nuamakrom in the Central Region have been left without electricity after suspected thieves dismantled a power transformer under the cover of night. The criminals made away with vital components, cutting off power supply to the entire community.
The incident, which occurred overnight, has sparked fear and frustration among residents, who are calling on authorities and security agencies to step up efforts to protect critical infrastructure.
As of now, power has not been restored, and the community faces disruptions to daily life, businesses, and essential services.
