Amansie Central NASPA Supports Education with 15,000 Exercise Books, Cautions Students Against Social Vices

The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) in the Amansie Central District has made a significant contribution to education in the area by donating 15,000 exercise books and mathematical sets to basic school students.

The gesture, aimed at supporting academic work, was also coupled with an educational campaign where the personnel sensitized students on the dangers of teenage pregnancy and drug abuse.

Speaking during the presentation, leaders of the Association noted that the donation formed part of their commitment to give back to society while helping to address critical challenges that hinder academic progress among students.

They emphasized the need for students to remain focused on their studies, avoid early sexual activity, and resist peer pressure that could lead to substance abuse, stressing that education remains the key to building a brighter future.

Teachers and school authorities who received the items expressed their gratitude to NASPA for the timely support, assuring that the books and math sets would be distributed fairly to benefit all deserving students.

Some of the students also expressed joy over the donation, noting that it would ease the financial burden on their parents while boosting their morale in school.

The Amansie Central NASPA called on other stakeholders, including government, NGOs, and corporate bodies, to continue investing in education and youth development in order to secure a better future for the district and the country at large.
