Crown The Prince School has held its 2025 graduation ceremony at the school premises on Saturday, 2nd August 2025, with a call on parents to nurture and guide their children’s dreams from an early stage.
The event, which commenced at 9:00 am, was held under the theme “Education: The Acquisition of Knowledge and Skills.” It brought together parents, teachers, students, and invited dignitaries.
Special Guest Speaker, Dr. Emmanuel Appoh Mensah, a former parliamentary aspirant for the Gomoa East Constituency, emphasized the need for parents to recognize that children are the nation’s future leaders, but their potential must be nurtured now rather than deferred.
“Children are our future leaders, but it doesn’t mean we should wait for the future the future is now,” Dr. Mensah stated. “Parents should not only aim for careers like doctors or pilots for their children. Some children have already discovered their passions and dreams. It is important to identify and guide them at this stage so they won’t struggle to achieve their goals later in life.”
The colourful ceremony was highlighted by performances from pupils, including singing, dancing, and poetry recitals. Awards were also presented to outstanding students for their academic excellence and extracurricular achievements.
The graduation left many parents and guardians inspired to play a more active role in shaping their children’s aspirations and preparing them for future challenges.
