OSP Declares IT Engineer Raphael Mensah Wanted for Corruption-Related Offences
The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared 42-year-old self-employed IT Engineer, Raphael Mensah, alias Odoi, wanted for his alleged involvement in corruption-related offences.

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared 42-year-old self-employed IT Engineer, Raphael Mensah, alias Odoi, wanted for his alleged involvement in corruption-related offences.
According to a wanted notice issued by the OSP, Mensah is accused of aiding and abetting the improper use of public office for personal gain, in violation of sections 20(2) and 179C(a) of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29).
The OSP stated that an arrest warrant was issued for the accused on 8th July 2025, following investigations linking him to misconduct involving the abuse of public office.
Raphael Mensah, who was born on 2nd November 1982, is believed to have operated across multiple regions in Ghana including the Northern, Upper East, and Upper West regions, where he worked as a self-employed IT engineer. Authorities also suspect he may be hiding in areas such as the Savannah, Greater Accra, and Ashanti Regions, or possibly outside the country in the United States, the United Kingdom, or South Africa.
He is described as a dark-skinned male with black hair, brown eyes, and stands approximately 182.88 cm tall. No distinguishing marks have been noted.

The OSP reminds the public that Raphael Mensah is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
