Mahama Announces Plans for Agriculture University and STEM Schools in Savannah Region
President Mahama plans to build an agriculture university, STEM SHS, and TVET school in the Savannah Region.

President John Dramani Mahama has unveiled plans to establish a university in the Savannah Region focused on agriculture and related sciences.
He also disclosed that he has instructed the Minister of Education to explore the development of a STEM-focused senior high school and a TVET institution to provide vocational training in ICT, technology, and agribusiness.
The initiative aims to boost education and skills development in northern Ghana while promoting innovation in agriculture and related fields.
