Prominent NDC figure, Presidential Adviser and Special Aide to the President, Joyce Bawa Mogtari, has taken to social media to celebrate the communication excellence of President John Dramani Mahama, Vice President Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, and other key party communicators.
