Its all joy in Gomoa East as Yvonne Gyekye continues to make her community proud.
The brilliant young lady from Gomoa pomadze local stunned everyone by winning Miss GNATLAS Gomoa District, securing her spot to represent the district at the Central regional finals. Out of 14 equally talented contestants , Yvonne Gyekye faught hard and placed 3rd overall, an achievement worth celebrating.
Former parlimentary aspirant for Gomoa East, Dr. Emmaneul Appoh Mensah, couldn't hide his excitement as he congratulated Yvonne for lifting the flag of Gomoa high. According to him, Yvonnes dedication, confidence and cultural pride are inspiring and proves that the youth of Gomoa East have what it takes to shine one bigger stages.
Dr. Appoh Mensah also called on the community to rally behind young talents like Yvonne and continue supporting programs that highlights not just the beauty, but also intelligence, leadership,and culture.
