Muntaka Mubarak Mourns Fallen Ministers and Officials in Adansi Sikaman Helicopter Crash

Member of Parliament for Asawase, Hon. Mohammed Muntaka Mubarak, has expressed profound grief over the tragic helicopter crash that occurred this afternoon at Adansi Sikaman in the Adansi Akrofuom District of the Ashanti Region, claiming the lives of eight distinguished Ghanaians, including government ministers, party executives, and crew members.
In a heartfelt statement, Hon. Mubarak described the deceased as “men of great integrity, kindness, and loyalty” whose contributions to Ghana’s development were immeasurable.
“These were men whose presence brought light to those around them, and their loss will be deeply felt by all who knew them,” he stated.
He extended condolences to the bereaved families, friends, and colleagues of the victims, as well as to the President of the Republic, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, describing the incident as a “monumental loss” to the nation.
“Their dedication, service, and sacrifices will forever be remembered and honoured,” Hon. Mubarak added, praying for God’s comfort for the bereaved families and eternal rest for the departed souls.
