Miss Portia Aneanyim Tatiga led Western World Properties to the 2025 Ecobank JoyNews Habitat Fair over the weekend to showcase Western Vilas, their new off-plan project with 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes at Ayimensah and executive plots at McCarthy Hills. The project aims to provide quality, affordable housing.

Over the weekend, Miss Portia Aneanyim Tatiga, Country Director of Western World Properties Limited, led her team to the 2025 Ecobank JoyNews Habitat Fair, where they unveiled Western Vilas, the company’s latest off-plan housing project.
The project features 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes at Ayimensah as well as executive plots of land at McCarthy Hills, offering quality and affordable housing options for prospective homeowners and investors.
Miss Tatiga, who is also the Founder of Intensive Mass Poverty Alleviation (IMPACT) Ghana and Board Vice Chairperson of the Adolescent Care Project, highlighted the project’s role in addressing housing needs while supporting national development.
The Habitat Fair provided a platform for property developers, investors, and the public to engage, explore housing opportunities, and contribute to the growth of Ghana’s real estate sector.
