Speaker of Parliament Inspires 2025 BECE Candidates with Message of Hope and Encouragement

The Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, has sent a powerful message of encouragement and motivation to all students preparing to write the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

In his heartfelt message, the Speaker acknowledged the dedication and hard work that students have put into their academic journey, assuring them that their efforts will not be in vain. He described the BECE as a “watershed moment” and urged candidates to remain courageous and resilient even when the examination gets tough.

“Pluck up courage and keep pushing to the very end. Setbacks are but stepping stones on the glorious path to success,” he advised.

Rt. Hon. Bagbin also reminded students that they have the power to shape their futures, and encouraged them to resist any form of dishonesty or despair. He emphasized that true victory is sweetest when earned fairly, and that their performance in the BECE could determine their future leadership roles in Ghana.

“The Parliament of Ghana will continue supporting your growth and development until you take over the mantle of leadership from us,” he stated.

Concluding his message, the Speaker wished all candidates resounding success, urging them to go forth and claim their glory.
