The Head of Zongo Chiefs in the Gomoa East District, HRM Nana Sariki Abdulah Issaka Giwa I, delivered a powerful message of hope and guidance to the youth during the celebration of Eid Ul Adha, urging them to stay away from drugs and substance abuse.

In his message titled “A Message of Hope and Guidance: Staying Away from Drugs on Eid Ul Adha,” Nana Sariki emphasized the devastating impact of narcotics on individuals, families, and society. He called on young people to resist the temptation of harmful substances and instead focus on education, personal development, and serving their communities.

“As we reflect on the values of sacrifice and devotion, let us also choose the path of discipline and purpose,” he said.

He also appealed to parents, guardians, and community leaders to join the fight against substance abuse by offering support, mentorship, and direction to the younger generation.

Nana Sariki concluded by expressing hope for a drug-free community and called on all stakeholders to unite in building a healthier and more prosperous future for the youth.
