Gomoa East MCE Encourages BECE Candidates During School Visits
Gomoa East MCE, Hon. Margret Naana Ackom, visited schools in the district to encourage BECE candidates, urging them to stay focused and believe in themselves ahead of the exams.

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Gomoa East, Hon. Margret Naana Ackom, has embarked on a motivational tour across several basic schools in the district to encourage candidates preparing for the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
As part of the visit, Hon. Ackom stopped by Ojobi D/A School, Akotsi Zion, Akramang D/A, Amonda D/A School, and Buduatta D/A School. Her interactions with the students aimed at boosting their confidence and inspiring them to give off their best in the upcoming exams.
Speaking during her visit, the MCE emphasized the importance of education in shaping the future of young people and encouraged the candidates to remain focused, disciplined, and determined.
“I want every student to know that they are capable of achieving great things. With hard work and belief in themselves, success is within reach,” she said.
Hon. Ackom also wished all BECE candidates in the district the very best, expressing her hope that they would come out with flying colors.
The visit forms part of the Assembly's broader commitment to improving education in the district and supporting the aspirations of the next generation of leaders.
