The Royal Sparkle Foundation, a leading force in women and youth leadership development, has marked its 7th anniversary with a renewed call for purpose-driven leadership and inclusive growth. Under the theme "Majestic Blossom," the foundation celebrated seven years of igniting leadership, transforming communities, and fostering systems that reflect the strength of diversity.
Founded by Esther Kemi Odewale, an award-winning project manager, author, and gender advocate , the Royal Sparkle Foundation has impacted hundreds of young leaders through initiatives like the Emerging Leadership Coaching (ELC) and community-based women’s empowerment programs. The foundation’s work has complemented Ghana’s national push for inclusive leadership, especially with the historic appointment of the country’s first female Vice President.
“Our story is proof that when women rise, nations do too,” said Odewale, who also serves as Project Manager at the Cambridge Center of Excellence. She highlighted the foundation’s role in equipping women and youth through professional certification programs in Project Management and Strategic HR, helping them access boardrooms, launch initiatives, and lead systems change.
To crown the anniversary, the foundation announced the launch of "The Silent Fighter," a new book authored by Odewale that shines a light on the resilience of women navigating unseen battles.
The celebration is more than a milestone, it is a rallying call for emerging leaders, especially women, to rise with vision and courage. As Odewale put it, “This is your time. Let’s continue to build. Let’s continue to rise. Because when women rise, nations do too.”
