Ghana’s ICT Sector to Engage Japanese Stakeholders Ahead of World Expo 2025
The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations will host a virtual Ghana ICT Business & Investment Webinar on June 19, 2025, from 8:00–10:00 AM GMT to connect Ghanaian ICT companies with Japanese stakeholders ahead of World Expo 2025. Participants will pitch innovations to explore partnerships.

The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations (MoCDTI) is set to host a strategic Ghana ICT Business & Investment Webinar on Thursday, 19th June 2025, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM GMT via Zoom. This virtual event aims to foster early engagement between Ghana’s ICT private sector players and their Japanese counterparts ahead of the World Expo 2025 in Osaka.
The webinar will feature Ghanaian ICT companies pitching their innovations to key Japanese stakeholders, with the goal of exploring opportunities for collaboration, investment, and long-term partnerships. The initiative underscores Ghana’s commitment to positioning its digital economy on the global stage and driving international cooperation in technology and innovation.
Stakeholders from major institutions such as the National Communications Authority, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), Ghana Digital Centres, Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications, and others are expected to participate. The session promises to be a vital platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and opening new doors for Ghana’s burgeoning tech ecosystem.
