Attorney General to Brief Nation on "Operation Recover All Loot" This Friday

The Attorney General and minister for Justice , Non Dominic Akuritinga Ayine is set to deliver a major national briefing on the governments latest anti-corruption initiative dubbed Operation Recover All Loot ( ORAL) this Friday 13th June 2025.
The highly anticipated briefing , scheduled for 11:00am at the information services Department, will provide critical insights into the scope , objectives and legal framework of ORAL, a bold campaign aimed at tracking , retrieving ,and prosecuting the unlawful acquisiton of state assets and public funds.
This marks a significant step in the governments renewed efforts to combat corruption and ensure accountability among public officials and private entities implicated in financial malfaesance.
Sources from the Ministry of Justice describes Oral as a " comprehensive legal and investigative operation backed by new legislation and inter - agency coordination, targeting both domestic and offshore holdings aquired through corrupt means.
The Information Services Department has confirmed that the briefing will be broad ash live on national media and broadcast life on their official platform, www.isd.gov.gh, allowing the general public to follow developments.
Dr. Ayine is expected to outline key prosecutions already underway , partnerships with international anti-corruption bodies, and a timeline for asset recovery milestones.
