Ayariga Defends Chief Justice’s Removal Process Amid Minority Concerns
Ayariga defended the removal of Chief Justice Torkornoo as constitutional and proper, rejecting Minority concerns.

Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga has dismissed concerns raised by Minority Leader Afenyo-Markin over the removal of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo, insisting the process was constitutionally valid and procedurally sound.
He made the remarks during the vetting of a Supreme Court justice nominee, noting that political criticisms should not undermine the legitimacy of lawful procedures.
